People often wonder what's the difference between an orange, a tangerine, and a mandarin. Tangerines are a variety of mandarins (a popular oil we sell, with subtle differences). Tangerines are distinguishable from their citrus siblings as they ripen in early winter, their skin is typically more on the reddish side, and their taste is slightly sour.
